CMBL All Star Break
This year Gardner Pistol Team will be hosting a .22 Pin Shoot on January 14th and 15th. Open to all CMBL members.
The shoot will be run starting at 10:00am and finish up at 1:00pm on both days.
We are located at 115 Pleasant Street, Gardner, MA 01440. It is the Old Court House and Police Station located to the leftside of City Hall (if you are facing City Hall).
On the left side of the building is a gray out-cove (with white door) leading to the basement and range area. Bell is located on the wall.
Parking area behind City Hall is probably best.
Everyone will be required to wear hearing and eye protection. Cost will be $3 for the day. Coffee and donuts will be provided.
Single round elimination. Pin tops will be located 21 feet from the starting table. Any type of 22 pistol will be allowed.
We were looking at loading 6 rounds, we may go with 5 if a number of pistols are not capable of using 6 rounds.
Commands are as follows: 1) On the line load, 2) Guns to the ready (pistol will be held at an angle with the barrel touching the table)
3) Is the line ready? (3 second delay) , 4) Ready (3 second delay) , 5) Fire (Buzzer will be used)
There will be four pins for each shooter. Winner is the first person to knock off all four pins off of the table. If that doesn't happen and all shots
5 or 6 shots have been fired. Best results on the table will be declared the winner by the Range Officer.
Individuals who win a relay will receive a 5th pin for the remainder of the day.
At the end of the matches, the person with the most wins will be declared the winner. Prize money will be handed out at the end of the matches.
Second place finisher is being considered.
We are looking at half of the proceeds will go to the CMBL awards and the other half to the winners. This could change depending on the number of shooters participating.
